“We need more light about each other. Light creates understanding, understanding creates love, love creates patience, and patience creates unity.”

— Malcolm X

Welcome! Welcome! Welcome! I’m extremely excited to post my first blog today, I cant wait to see your opinions and to share my opinions to you all on particular topics that we will approach. I want you all to feel welcomed when you come to this website, I want to hear your perspective on things, I want you all to criticize me in the best way possible to help me have a better understanding to things that I may not see.

My overall opinion on blogs. I honestly feel that a blog is a powerful resource because it allows your opinion to be broadcasted to different individuals on a similar topic. Yes I love to read blogs, mainly sport blogs because I can closely relate to sports due to me growing up around sports since I was a little kid. For me being a communication studies major, blogs are very useful because it can show how people can have so many different perspectives that you may not see on a simple subject or topic.

Welcome To Opportunities Never End Blog's

Behind the Scenes of O.N.E.

Hello, my name is LaMichael Kirksey, I attend the University of South Alabama. I am a Junior with the major of Communication Studies. I want to be an motivational speaker because I want to help individuals become confident within themselves, I love to encourage people, I treat everyone equally, I love to smile, I’m such a positive person, I have a strong faith in god, I love to motivate, I love helping people especially like the elderly, homeless, and individuals with disabilities.

Why do this?

  • I decided to create this blog website to help individuals feel comfort within themselves about any subject or topic. I want individuals to understand that every opinion matters because constructive criticism can help an individual see a better point of view. When individuals view this website, I want them to be able to leave this website with more confidence when they voice their opinion, I want them to feel welcomed by the images or quotes that are surrounded by motivation, and to help me become better as I continue to upload new information.

A few questions, I answered to help you all understand my perspective:

  • Why are you blogging publicly, rather than keeping a personal journal? I became comfortable blogging publicly, because I want individuals to see my growth from first blog and that in order to become successful you have to point out your mistakes.
  • What topics do you think you’ll write about? In my blogs , I will discuss a variety of different subjects, so my audience can relate or share their own perspective on those situations.
  • If you blog successfully throughout the next year, what would you hope to have accomplished? I would love to see consistent growth because those individuals who watch my journey from now until a year later, hopefully they will be motivated to see that through the good and bad blogs, it will help shape me into a better person with a better approach for my success.
